Part time Assistant to Chairman (Kuala Lumpur)
Assist in the administration and coordination of events
Support programme and event management process, coordination and execution according to requirements
Taking minutes, owning and updating distribution lists
Prepare logistics relating to events, eg. booking of caterers, conference rooms etc
Handle general office duties including data entry, filing of documents etc
Follow up on post-event feedback
Bring about fun and creavity at work
Work flexibly with International team.
Performance based payment.
Minimum Diploma holder with at least 2 years of administrative/events working experience, preferably in the technology sector
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and good computer literacy
