Part time Assistant to Chairman (Kuala Lumpur)


  • Assist in the administration and coordination of events

  • Support programme and event management process, coordination and execution according to requirements

  • Taking minutes, owning and updating distribution lists

  • Prepare logistics relating to events, eg. booking of caterers, conference rooms etc

  • Handle general office duties including data entry, filing of documents etc

  • Follow up on post-event feedback

  • Bring about fun and creavity at work


  • Work flexibly with International team.

  • Performance based payment.


  • Minimum Diploma holder with at least 2 years of administrative/events working experience, preferably in the technology sector

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and good computer literacy
